The Act enters into force 14 days after its publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Act amends the Energy Law as regards the obligations of enterprises dealing with the storage of gaseous fuel and operators of gas distribution systems. Enterprises involved in the exportation of natural gas are obliged to keep reserves within the national territory. The amount of such reserves is at least 3 percent of the planned annual amount of imported natural gas.
