Entry into force notes
The Act enters into force on 1 January 2004.
Abstract

This Act, which is composed of four Sections, amends 53 points of the Breeding Act. The amended provisions concern the functioning of insemination clinics, livestock marking, duties of breeders, duties of operators of slaughterhouses and incubators and the information system linked to central registration. The Act also lays down the list of fish species to be registered pursuant to the Breeding Act.
