Entry into force notes
This Act enters into force on the first day of the second calendar month after publication in the Collection of Laws.
Abstract

The Act amends 190 points of the Act on protection of animals from the cruelty. In particular, the Act amends the definition of cruelty and establishes provisions concerning protection of animal during public performances (art. 7a and 8 of the amended Act), conditions of transport of animals (art. 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d, 8e, 8f, 8g), protection of disabled animals (art. 14b), and administrative offenses of legal and physical persons (art. 27a).
