Abstract This Act lays down some amendments to the Act on inland fisheries. In particular, the present Act amends provisions establishing persons entitled to fishing or fish breeding or farming (art. 4 of the amended Act), permission to amateur fishing (art. 7), and penalties for unathorized fishing (art. 27a and 27b).
