The Act enters into force on the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.
Abstract

Pursuant to relevant European Community provisions, this Act establishes: obligations of companies involved in food production and duties of persons producing or placing on the market tobacco products; State control of fulfillment of obligations of producers of foodstuffs and tobacco products; obligations of entrepreneurs concerning reporting on reserves of foodstuffs or agricultural products.
