Abstract

This Act provides for the establishment and organization of the Aboriginal Lands Trust. The Trust is a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and, subject to this Act, has power in its corporate name to receive, accept, hold, acquire by means of agreement, or exchange, possess, and to dispose of property of every kind and be a party to any legal proceedings.
