Abstract

These Regulations, made under the Abatement of Nuisances Law and the Water Law, prohibit the burning or improper disposal of used oil in order to prevent air pollution and to preserve environmental quality.​ It places certain obligations on "oil changers" and oil sellers. One of the obligations concerns the installation of oil reception facilities.
