Regulation 10 which focusses on fines is also amended and an additional regulation 10A is added, introducing communication with other government entities for the purpose of the enforcement of the regulations. Regulation 12 is also amended in the part providing an additional fine for contraveners of regulation 10.4. Schedule 2 of the principal regulations is amended to list the additional material provided for by the new regulation 4A. Schedule 3 is added, adding some new definitions.
