Abstract

These Regulations (Part 401 of Title 50 of the Code of Federal Regulations) implement provisions of the Anadromous Fish Conservation Act with respect to financing of projects for the development and enhancement or conservation of anadromous fish resources. The Director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Director of the National Marine Fisheries Service shall jointly administer the Act on behalf of the Secretary of Commerce and the Secretary of the Interior.
