Regulations governing fishing by Canadian vessels in waters under the fisheries jurisdiction of the United States pursuant to this Treaty as amended in 2002 are found at §600.530 of chapter VI of this title. The Subpart concerns is the list of U.S. vessels that are authorized to fish under the Treaty as amended in 2002 (“vessel list”), logbook keeping and vessel identification. The Subpart also specifies prohibited acts for U.S. fishing vessels. Only a vessel on the list for at least 7 days may engage in fishing in Canadian waters under the Treaty as amended in 2002.
