31st Federal Immission Protection Ordinance.

Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance contains the Thirty-First Ordinance implementing the Federal Emission Act (Ordinance on the limitation of emissions of volatile organic compounds due to the use of organic solvents in certain activities and installations). The text consists of 12 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Sphere of application, definition (1); Limitation of emission (2); Measuring and monitoring (3); Common provisions (4); Final provisions (5). Six Annexes are enclosed.
