Abstract

The present Regulations enact subsection 332(1) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999. In particular, the Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to the export and import of products containing 2-Butoxyethanol. Whoever has the intention to import or export such products has to supply a written application to the competent authority. The text consists of 8 sections and 2 Schedules-
