Entry into force notes
This Cabinet Order enters into force as from the date of enforcement of the Act (Act No. 45 of 1992).
Abstract

The Cabinet shall enact this Cabinet Order based on the provisions of Article 9 and Article 15 paragraph 2 of the Veterinary Medical Law (Act No. 46 of 1992). The Order establishes that a person who has received the accreditation under Article 14 paragraph (1) of the Veterinary Medical Law must obtain accreditation from the prefectural governor when he/she intends to change the medical facility development plan pertaining to the accreditation. The prefectural governors shall confirm that the person who has received the certification under Article 14 paragraph (1) of the Act is the medical facility maintenance plan pertaining to the certification (if there has been a certification of change under the provisions of paragraph 1), It is possible to cancel the accreditation.
