Requests the Secretariat to submit the draft terms of reference and the criteria for evaluating the performance of the regional and subregional centres and any proposal of strengthening existing regional centres for the consideration of the Conference of the Parties at its second meeting.3. Further requests the Secretariat to pursue cooperation with Basel Convention regional and subregional centres and other relevant existing institutions in the implementation of regional projects and programmes concerning the implementation of the Stockholm Convention. This should be done in continuing the process of targeting the creation of Stockholm Convention centres.
