Abstract
1. Adopts, for the purposes of paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 of Article 4 of the Convention, the criteria to be applied in the review process for entries in the Register of Specific Exemptions established under Article 4 of the Convention set out in the annex to the present decision;
2. Decides to resume consideration of the unresolved issues in the review process for entries in the Register of Specific Exemptions, as adopted by the Conference in decision SC-1/24, at its next ordinary meeting;
3. Notes that the criteria set out in the annex to the present decision shall be taken into account by the Conference when it considers the review process referred to in paragraph 2 above.
