Those documents should be made available as soon as practicable but not later than 2 months before the second meeting the Conference of the Parties; 4. Requests the open-ended ad hoc working group to report on its work to the Conference of the Parties at its second meeting, including any recommendations, for consideration by the Conference of the Parties.
