Decides to establish an ad hoc working group to revise the guidance on the basis of the comments submitted by parties and observers and any additional information made available to the working group and to work in accordance with the workplan set out in the annex to the present decision; 2. Invites parties and observers in a position to do so to provide financial support for the preparation of a revised version of the guidance.
