XV/27: To note that Armenia has now been reclassified as a developing country under decision XIV/2 of the Fourteenth Meeting of the Parties; To note that ratification of the London Amendment is a precondition for Multilateral Fund funding, and therefore to call upon Armenia expeditiously to complete its process of ratification of the London Amendment; To note further, however, that despite the absence of financial assistance, Armenia has reported data showing it to be in compliance with the freeze on CFC consumption, and to congratulate Armenia on its achievements.
