Abstract

If harm caused by the use of carpentry is established, it must be removed completely based on the principles of “no harm, no reciprocating harm” and “harm must be removed”. The court did not conclusively decided on eliminating the harm when it decided that carpentry machines must not be running simultaneously and the owner must respect work hours.
