Abstract

As long as there is a request to stop polluting the brooklet and throwing garbage in it, within the plaintiff’s claim, the court is required to put an end to all that causes pollution in it, and the appeal court when confirmed the first instance decision deciding to change the direction of the brooklet made by the defendant inside his house to dispose of cleaning and laundry water that pours into the brooklet and to make it pour into the water-sanitation lines in order to remove the damage, and thus it came to a decision within the limits of the claim, and did not breach any law provisions.
