Abstract

Cut down of forest trees – implementation of a court ruling – the importance of the forest – ecological function – request to suspend court’s ruling.


As long as the implementation of the decision issued by the administrative appeal court will result in catastrophic harm represented in cutting down forest trees, whereas the forest has an ecological function, and cutting it down will negatively affect the climate and the ecological balance as well. The court when based its decision on the documents and the facts of the case, its demonstration was sufficient and acceptable.

Suspension of the implementation of the court’s ruling until the ruling in the cassation request.
