Abstract

Decisions issued by the Supreme Court must be justified and the lack thereof opens up the door to reconsideration. Lack of justification means the inability to answer the plaintiff’s conclusions or some of them. Or the discussion of decision’s justifications as it is in this case do not constitute a reason for reconsideration. The appealed decision stated that dumping waste and putting it on part of the appellant’s land constitutes a physical assault and leads to infection of wells through which salt is extracted, this requires refusing the request.
