| Abstract: | Objectives: To adopt temporary and exceptional measures concerning navigation on the Rhine. Summary of provisions: Navigation on the Rhine may be subject to structural adjustment measures of a temporary nature (art. I). The Central Commission for the Navigation on the Rhine is competent to adopt resolutions with a view to ensuring uniform application of these measures in all riparian States and in Belgium. |
